With the merger of Yuhang Economic and Technological Development Zone and Qianjiang Economic Development Zone, the new management committee of the development zone is gradually in place. On the afternoon of February 25, 2016, in the conference room of the South Building of the Management Committee of the Development Zone, the newly established Entrepreneurship and Innovation Bureau Shuangchuang Service Office organized the "Incubator Business Conference".

The meeting was presided over by Director Wang Junyao, during which the personnel in charge conveyed the spirit of the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Innovation and Intellectual Property Work Conference; and support policies for incubators, science and technology parks, and technology-based small, medium and micro enterprises, including:

Finally, Director Wang also stressed that the work flow of annual assessment of each enterprise according to the settlement agreement will be started, and relevant personnel introduced the assessment report and specific operation methods of the 1. 2. Phase III incubator.
