Gathering Positive Energy and Building a Team Dream-Zhejiang Haichuang Medical Devices Co., Ltd. Expansion Training

The same piece of iron can be melted and destroyed, or it can be refined into steel; the same team can do nothing, and it can also achieve great things. In order to stimulate employees' passion for work, enhance mutual trust and improve teamwork ability, from June 9 to 10, 2017, employees of Haichuang and its subsidiaries participated in an expansion activity with the theme of "gathering positive energy and building team dreams together" in the scenic Bixue Lake in Lin'an.
 

On the afternoon of the 9th, we were ready to take a bus to the training base. On the way, through two interactive games to create a cheerful team atmosphere, eliminate the barriers, so that colleagues to further understand each other.
 

At the destination, the company arranged a self-service barbecue dinner at the Bixue Lake Farm near the mountain and the water. During the barbecue, everyone quickly divided the work. Each group worked together and cooperated with each other to share the food and barbecue experience. Songs and laughter lingered in the air with wisps of smoke, and everyone enjoyed the fun of barbecue.
 

After the meal, we entered the party. Under the leadership of the development coach, we carried out a number of interesting activities, which pushed the atmosphere of the activity to a climax. The laughter, applause and shouts of the employees merged into a sea of joy. We fully released ourselves and showed the overall vitality of Haichuang company incisively and vividly.
 

At 8:30 a.m. on June 10, under the arrangement of the expansion coach, the participants were divided into three teams and the team leader was selected. The team name, team flag, team song and team modeling activities were carried out, which fully demonstrated the creativity and passion of the participants, gathered the wisdom of the people, concentrated the innovation consciousness and showed the positive team style.
 

Then the team's one-day expansion project really started. We completed the three projects of "not falling the forest, dynamic ball and target market" in the form of team confrontation.
 

In the form of team cooperation, the three projects of "trust back fall, power grid crossing, survival wall" were completed. In the face of the 4-meter-high survival wall, no matter how strong your ability is, you can't climb the 4-meter-high wall with your bare hands, but the collective strength is great. Under the coach's command, all the people in the team work together, unite and cooperate, and are willing to be a ladder, the 31 of us crossed the survival wall in only 13 minutes and 26 seconds. This thing, which we thought could not be done at all, was actually completed with the collective efforts, which shows the strength of the collective. Just imagine if each of our employees can cooperate with each other as well as in this activity, then take care of each other, then what difficulties we can't overcome? I think all the difficulties will be solved in front of each of us.
 

Through this outward bound training, each team saw the advantages and disadvantages of this group, and also felt the importance of cooperation and communication, which laid a good foundation for future work. Colleagues learn in practice, change in experiential learning, benefit a lot, and have more life insights. After experiencing the joy of success brought by dedication, collaboration, and courage, everyone deeply feels the essence of "responsibility, collaboration, self-confidence, and positive energy", as well as the responsibility to be a member of the team. Construction and sustainable development provide a solid foundation.
